Students will receive a refund of double their tuition cost if they attend at least one class per week and fail to pass the 2009 Sergeant or Lieutenant Civil Service exams

* Both tardies and early departures count as an absence

* All decisions concerning the refund policy will be made by the course instructor

The Sergeant Course will not make unless 40 students register

The Lieutenant Course will not make unless 20 students register

The Mock Oral Board Class will not make unless 20 students register
