Students will receive a refund of double their tuition cost if they attend at least one class per week and fail to pass the 2009 Sergeant or Lieutenant Civil Service exams
* Both tardies and early departures count as an absence
* All decisions concerning the refund policy will be made by the course instructor

The Sergeant Course will not make unless 40 students register

Financial Policy
Tuition
- $350 for the Sergeant Study Course
- $375 for Lieutenant Study Course
- $90 for the Mock Oral Board Class
Study Course Discounts
- $25 discount to those who previously attended a CopExams study course
- $25 discount to FOP Lodge members
- $25 discount to groups of 3 or more who sign-up together
- Discounts can be combined
Special Info
- If a student enrolls in the Sergeant or Lieutenant Course who is presently on a promotional list that will expire at the end of 2009, they will receive a full refund if they are promoted from such list prior to 2010 (minus a $75 materials fee)
- No refund will be offered for the Mock Oral Board Class
- Any issue concerning the financial policy will be decided by the course instructor whose decision is final
- A payment plan can be arranged with approval from the course instructor
